A Legal Disclaimer

Welcome to Passion Nails Salon – Palm Coast’s friendly, family-owned nail retreat. We’re so glad you stopped by! Before you book your relaxing pedicure or fabulous gel manicure with us, please take a moment to review our Terms and Conditions. This page explains what you can expect from us and what we kindly ask of you as our customer. We know, it’s not as fun as picking out nail art – but it’s important!

1.    Appointments & Walk-Ins

At Passion Nails Salon, we welcome walk-ins with open arms – but to guarantee the perfect spot (especially during weekends or holidays), we highly recommend booking an appointment. Appointments help us plan better and make sure you get the undivided attention you deserve.

2.    Booking Policy

You can book via phone, in person, or through supported platforms (when available).

Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to settle in and pick your polish or design.

If you’re running late, let us know! If you're more than 10 minutes late, we may have to move you to the next available time slot or reschedule your appointment to keep other guests on track.

3.    Cancellations & No-Shows

Life happens – we get it. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment:

  • Please give us at least 4 hours’ notice.

  • No-shows may be asked to prepay for future services.

Repeat no-shows could result in a refusal of future bookings. We do this not to be mean, but to be fair to our amazing team and other clients.

4.    Services We Offer (and Don’t)

We specialize in:

  • Pedicures with incredible leg massages (seriously – people rave about them)

  • Manicures, including gel, acrylic, dip powder, and natural nail care

  • Creative nail art, for everything from bridal parties to casual vibes

We do not offer full-body massages, even though our name might imply otherwise. We stopped doing those a while ago to focus fully on nails, leg care, and your hands' happiness.

5.Our Right to Refuse Service

Passion Nails Salon is a respectful, inclusive, and family-friendly environment. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who:

  • Displays rude, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior

  • Is under the influence of drugs or alcohol

  • Has open wounds, infections, or visible contagious skin conditions (for your safety and ours)

  • Please help us keep our salon safe, kind, and professional for everyone.

6.Health & Safety First

Cleanliness is a big deal to us. We follow strict sanitation protocols and use clean, disinfected tools for each client. If you have

  • Allergies to specific products or chemicals

  • Recent nail injuries or infections

  • Medical conditions that affect your skin or nails

Please let your nail technician know ahead of time so we can adjust services accordingly. We want you to feel safe and pampered.

7.Children in the Salon

We love seeing little hands and feet getting pampered, and we are a kid-friendly nail salon! That said

  1. A parent or guardian must accompany children under 12 at all times.

  2. For safety reasons, children who are not receiving services should remain seated and supervised during your appointment.

We reserve the right to limit service to children based on their age, behavior, or our technician's discretion.

8.Refund & Redo Policy

We take great pride in our work and want you to walk out smiling every time.


Refunds:
Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer cash refunds for any treatments once completed.
 
Redos:
If something isn’t quite right:
Please notify us within 3 days of your original appointment.
We will happily fix your nails free of charge if we agree that there was an error in the application or service.
Chipped polish within 24 hours? Come back and we’ll smooth it over. Nail art not what you expected? Let’s talk and make it better.


9.Gift Certificates & Prepaid Packages


Got a gift card? Lucky you!

  • Gift certificates are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.

  • They must be used before the expiration date listed on the card.

  • Lost or stolen certificates cannot be replaced – treat them like real cash!

Promotional deals and packages may have usage limitations. Read the fine print or ask us in person – we’re happy to clarify!


10.Product Purchases


We occasionally offer nail care and beauty products in the retail market. All product sales are final unless the item is defective or damaged upon purchase. If that happens:

  • Bring the item back within 7 days, unopened if possible.

  • We'll exchange it or offer store credit.

11.Pricing and Payments


Our prices are clearly listed on our in-salon menu and may vary depending on:

  • Nail length

  • Complexity of nail art

  • Additional treatments

We accept

  • Cash

  • All major credit cards

  • Mobile payment apps (if available)

 
All prices are subject to change without notice, but we always try to be transparent before service begins.


12.Privacy & Personal Info

We never share your personal information with anyone. If you book online or join a rewards program, your details are only used to:

  • Confirm your appointments

  • Send you offers and birthday love (yay!)

  • Keep track of your preferences so we can serve you better

We respect your privacy and will never spam you or sell your info.

13.Photos, Social Media & Sharing

We love showing off our work (with your permission)! If you're happy with your nails and give us the go-ahead, we may take a quick photo and share it on:

  • Instagram

  • Facebook

  • Google

Let your technician know if you'd rather keep your nails private. No hard feelings!

14.Liability Waiver

By receiving services at Passion Nails Salon, you agree that:

  • You have disclosed all necessary health information to your technician.

  • You release Passion Nails and its employees from any liability for injuries, allergic reactions, or infections that may arise if your health info was not shared or if aftercare instructions weren’t followed.

  • You understand that results may vary and that nail enhancements and treatments are not permanent.

  • We're here to give you the best experience possible – your safety and satisfaction are always our top priorities
